EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT -
WHY I LOVE WORKING AT CTPO
The best part of my job at CTPO is the relationships I’m able to build with patients who eventually feel more like extended family. From the little ones who just need some reassurance that everything will be OK after a big injury to the elite athletes that need to get back on the field as soon as possible, each patient adds a little joy to my life."
MEGAN REDLICH
A young patient came to me many times over her growing years as she was a very active young kiddo. From basic knee pain to two fairly significant surgeries, Anastasia always came to clinic with a positive hard-working attitude even if it was the earliest morning appointment every time!
Sweat was poured, jokes were made and after years of helping her physically and emotionally through PT, I was proud to attend her college signing day. She introduced me as her physical therapist and friend with the biggest smile on her face. We have kept in touch over the years and I love seeing her flourish as a young adult that I had the pleasure to walk through many challenges in her athletic career to come out on top."
We had a patient that needed to have her cast taken off and a pin removed from her wrist. She was little, around 5 years old. Well, this little girl in pink boots had no intention of letting us take it out.
She went running out of the room and took off around the nurses station screaming in those little pink boots. After several talks and lollipops she went back into the room and we worked together and got the cast off and pin out. She is now a teenager and every time she comes in our office she always has a smile on her face and always comes straight up to me and gives me the biggest hugs. She will always have a special place in my heart. It’s that feeling and that smile that makes me feel special knowing that she had trust in our team that day and every day after that.
This story is the reason why I come to work every day. It’s their smiles, the peace of mind and the comfort they have with our office knowing we are going to take care of them. I’m so thankful to be a part of the CTPO family!"

A CULTURE OF GIVING
We collectively and individually support over a dozen non-profits in Austin every year. It’s not really our style to publicize this but as a potential team member, you should know that philanthropy is a big part of our practice culture.
